You definitely can do both in New Zealand. I think there are places on both North and South Island, but definitely on the South Island, out of Wellington I think.
You likely can’t bungee in Maldives, it is too flat, as they are only very low lying islands.
I think South Africa as the ability to do both. Don’t know about Sweden.
